Need male subleaser for summer 2010!

This is a great apartment located 2 miles from campus. There is an appalcart stop in front of the apartments (Green Route & Pop 105). Very convenient to campus and town! The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, ethernet connection and heating. The living room is also spacious. We have one male subleaser and are looking for a second subleaser for the summer of 2010. The cost is $365 per month. The room is available from May-August. The owner is also very nice and easy to work with! There is a lot of parking, and no parking passes so no one will ever get towed.
