The apartment is two stories with the kitchen and livingroom downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is only one bathroom. There are no pets allowed and would prefer smoking outside. There are community washer and dryers. The apartment is accessible to the Appalcart busses and 5 minutes away from Appalachian State University. Walking distance away from most stores/ restuarants in Boone. The roomate is a female sophomore and is very nice; she goes home on the weekends due to work.
